11-3-2014 - Inspired by... Pooh
The New Adventures of Winnie the Pooh (and various other Pooh movies, and a few episodes of the then-brand new The Book of Pooh) was a big part of my childhood. I'd watch it whenever I had a chance (Veggietales was just as great). Somehow, I eventually received a shirt with Pooh on it, and I used it until it no longer fit. Then I set it aside and forgot about it.
Not too long ago, I found it again. And since I'll never be able to wear it again, I decided to make it useful. Upcycle time! :D

I put the pattern piece over the pooh applique and cut it out that way. I used Liberty Jane's Trendy T-shirt variations pack, with the scoop neck and the long sleeves. If you've never used that pattern before, don't worry, I modified the sleeve pattern to be a bit longer than it wouldn't been. You can't see it, but it is also a bit longer in back than it is in front.
The denim vest is a modified version of the swimsuit top from Simplicity 8549. For the skirt, I don't remember if I used a longer version of Liberty Jane's mini skirt pattern or if I did it on my own (no pattern).
Doll: Nali
Necklace: AG Club doll necklace (or human bracelet, don't remember which)
