You may not know it by looking at this picture, but the sandal on the right was almost entirely in pieces yesterday. All that was still stuck to the sole was one part of a strap and the insole. Using some Loctite super glue, I was able to fix it. So now Serra has a pair of sandals to go with her new dress! :D
I like how effective Loctite is, but I hate it when I get it on my fingers. Today marks the second time I nearly glued my fingers together! The packaging says that cooking oil is supposed to help get it off, but I tried using a little bit of olive oil, and that didn't work, so I tried vegetable oil, but that didn't work either... Sigh... I'll just have to wait until it decides to comes off on it's own. . .
